I like the design but can I adjust measurements to ensure it fits?

 

That's the name of the game! Definitely. See a hoodie you like but would like it a little baggier, larger hood, or have monkey arms and need to extend the arms a bit? Leave us a note in the comment section when checking out letting us know the measurements/adjustments you'd prefer.

Something broke/ripped/went wrong on the piece I purchased.

 

That's okay! We offer free repair on any purchases for 30 days. You pay the shipping to us, we fix it and ship it back to you for free. If the repair is too far gone to repair you might just get lucky and get a brand spankin new one sent back to you.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Standard shipping is through USPS, depending on the weight of your order it will be shipped either First-Class (3-5 days) or Priority (2-3 days). Express shipping or requested Priority shipping is always available with an additional charge.

Do you do refunds?

 

Yes. If you change your mind within one week of receiving your order ship it back our way and we'll refund you the purchase price upon it's arrival back. The refund, however, will not include any shipping costs.

I’ve found the product I wanted, but I'd like a different color.

 

Just shoot us an email of the color or fabric you wanted to switch out. We can't promise we'll be able to get our hands on the exact fabric or color you want, but we'll work with you to come up with something you'll love.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

We make it our goal to cut and sew your piece within 2-3 days. Typically if your order is placed before 3pm we'll get to work on it that day and will be shipped the next or following day.

 

Example:

Hoodie ordered on Wednesday at noon. Hoodie will most often be shipped Thursday or Friday.

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes! With every order you'll receive a confirmation email inclusive of an invoice and tracking number for your order. We typically ship through USPS.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

The easiest and most efficient method of payment is through PayPal. As of now this is the only form of payment we accept.
